Overall I’ve been very happy with Smith.ai, but currently An increasing number of phone calls are likely to Smith.ai’s voicemail or not staying picked up in any way. I use CallRail on our backend and may see entire contact metrics and accessibility recordings of all phone calls. I’ve observed a nu
